Very nice Shoyu , real complex flavor The combination of the black garlic and soy is very subtle at first, but it adds quite a bit of flavor to any dish where plain shoyu I called for. a little goes a long way. Despite my 5 stars for the value, it is quite costly, but, hey - it's not easily available.
