How Delivery Works

Local delivery: Next-day delivery throughout Denver Metro and the surrounding suburbs, Monday through Friday, by our own drivers. Saturday delivery when available.

Nationwide shipping: Shelf-stable products ship via FedEx to all 50 states.

Local delivery starts at $9.99 and the exact fee is calculated at checkout from the delivery ZIP code. Flat-rate shipping applies to most nationwide orders; heavy or rural shipments may cost more.

Next-Day Local Delivery

  • Monday–Friday, Saturday when available
  • Place your order the day before
  • Deliveries run 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Delivery Attempts, Weather and Cancellations

The local delivery fee covers one attempt. If no one is there, we leave the order in a safe, sheltered spot when conditions allow, or contact you to arrange another time. We do our best to meet a requested time, but can't guarantee a specific hour unless you've paid for timed delivery. For anything that can spoil, we call ahead to arrange a time.

When weather or road conditions make driving unsafe, we redeliver at the earliest opportunity. Cancelled orders carry a $10 cancellation fee, and orders can't be cancelled on the day of delivery. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Nationwide delivery dates depend on carrier schedules. We can't be responsible for carrier delays, breakage in transit, or an incorrect address supplied by the sender.

Do you deliver to offices?

Yes. Office snack and pantry delivery across metro Denver is one of the main things we do, including recurring orders and bulk orders for meetings and events. Business addresses are delivered before 5:00 PM.

Do you ship nationwide?
